I’ve noticed that people’s excuses for playing hookie on yoga class tend to reflect the very benefits a regular yoga practice would give them if they gave it a chance. For example, I frequently hear people say they’re not flexible enough to do yoga; however, in most cases if they stuck with the practice their flexibility would gradually improve.
